Cinnamon Tea - Effective drink for loosing weight

Cinnamon is common spice which we used on daily basis in our kitchen. The surprising fact about Cinnamon is instead of having sweat taste it helps in reducing weight. Give it a try if you are struggling to loose weight.

Recipe of Cinnamon Tea

Boil one glass of  water with half inch stick of cinnamon with some fennel seed. Bring it to boil until the water is reduced to a cup.
Strain into a cup and squeeze half lemon. Drink it lukewarm.
This tea also provide relief if you are suffering from soar throat and cold.
